About the Collaboratives
BHT supports the work of 6 county-based collaboratives:

·      Spokane Collaborative
·      Adams County Health Collaborative
·      Healthy Ferry County Coalition (HFCC)
·      Pend Oreille County Health Collaborative
·      Lincoln County Health Collaborative
·      Stevens County Health Collaborative

Rural Collaboratives & Collaborative Leads
The Adams, Ferry, Pend Oreille, Lincoln, and Stevens county Collaboratives have membership from across their county and is facilitated by a lead organization from the community, with support from Better Health Together. The Collaborative Leads (lead organizations from each rural county collaborative + Spokane CCT members) meet semi-monthly to coordinate projects & share ideas across counties.

Spokane Collaborative & CCT
Better Health Together serves as the facilitating & managing organization for the Spokane Collaborative, with a leadership body called the Collaborative Connection Team (CCT). The CCT is a cross-sector group of Spokane Collaborative members who guide the work & direction of the collaborative. Both the Spokane Collaborative and the CCT meet monthly. The left column has meeting dates for the Collaborative Leads, CCT and Spokane Collaborative. Below that are recent updates from collaboratives & Better Health Together. For meeting information about rural county collaboratives, see contact information below.

In the right-hand column, you can find resources for all collaboratives & the Spokane Collaborative specifically. This may include collaborative overviews, member lists, meeting materials & notes, charters, and more.

How do I join a collaborative?
The Collaboratives welcome new members at any time. To get started, contact:
