Board Approves Funding for CDP/SUDP Certification
The BHT Board approved a proposal to offer organizations tuition reimbursement for staff who complete the “Alternative Training for Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP/SUDP) Certificate” in 2020. BHT will support 10 rural and 10 Spokane placements into the program.
BHT Legislative Day
BHT staff, Board members, and Partners will travel to Olympia this January to tell our collective Medicaid Waiver story, spotlight the work of the region, and talk policy change. We hope to raise our voices together with representation from across sectors and county Collaboratives.

EHF Leadership Transition
Empire Health Foundation’s (EHF) Board of Directors has announced the resignation of its President, Antony Chiang. Antony has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer for Dogwood Health Trust of Asheville, North Carolina, a health conversion foundation.
